Competition Memphis Ribs:

  • Trim Competition square

  • Slather with mustard

  • Rub

  • Set up induction cooking

  • Add Apple Wood

  • Water bath with Dr. Pepper

  • Smoke 225 degrees for 3 hours, mop every 45 minutes

  • Rest for an our in a cooler

  • Grill at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

  • Slice and serve! PERFECTION!
