Ingredients:

16 ounces fresh tuna
3 tablespoons minced celery
3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
2 teaspoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup prepared mayonnaise
1/3 cup cream cheese brought to room temp
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon sweet relish
Freshly ground black pepper
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
In a small to medium sized mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork. Mix in the celery, onion, and parsley. Add the mayo, cream cheese, mustard, and relish. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Enjoy in a sandwich or eaten with tortilla chips with a hot sauce of your choice.
