Smoked Kingfish Dip

With parties during the holidays, the best appetizer you can do is a smoked fish dip. We love this Smoked Kingfish dip. We will cut it up into large chunks about the size of your hand so that they cook evenly and you smoke them skin down. Personally I like to marinate mine with lots of spice, pepper and teriyaki and brown sugar.

  • Let it marinate overnight and then put it in the smoker

  • Everyone has their own marinate, so come up with something and share it with us!

  • The meat will separate after the 3-4 hours in the smoker

  • Slice into quarter inch pieces and put next to your fish dip

I use the 9” Flex Bubba Blade to prepare the Kingfish for smoking.
